Delete your account

You can delete your SORASAF account yourself, inside the app, at any time. Deletion is final and cannot be undone.

In the app

1. Open SORASAF and go to the Settings tab.
2. Tap Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

What is deleted

Your name, email address, sign-in details and the list of signed-in devices are removed from our server at once. Daily backups of the server are kept for 14 days for disaster recovery only, then nothing remains.

What stays on your phone

Settings, saved du'a and downloaded files stay on the phone until you uninstall the app. They were never on our server.

If you can no longer open the app

Write to us from the email address on the account and we will delete it for you. support@saf.soraserv.com
